Open Science enables researchers to run AI-driven scientific discovery on their own computers (macOS, Windows, Linux) by describing tasks in plain language. The AI agent can read files, run Python and R code, search the web, and use scientific data connectors to generate reports, tables, figures, and an inspectable activity history in one workspace. Projects and sessions persist across restarts, users can explore alternative research paths via message branching, and all generated artifacts are immutable with inspectable provenance.
